Role : Lead- Compensation and HR Analytics
Location : Kochi-WFO
Job responsibilities
- Gather and analyse data related to employee performance, turnover rates, recruitment, engagement etc
- Work closely with HR leadership to develop and implement data driven strategies
- Prepare regular reports on HR metrics and dashboard
- Conduct industry trend analysis and benchmarking exercises to keep compensation and benefits competitive aligning to the company goals and objectives
- Collect and analyse data related to employee compensation, benefits, insurances, retirement plans etc to identify areas of improvement and recommend appropriate solutions
- Prepare and audit payroll input data, partner with internal finance team and external vendors
- Lead process as well as administration of various compensation plans including Flexible Benefit Plans, Variable Compensation Plans and organising Annual Merit Cycles.
- Design and deliver industry best rewards and recognition programs
- Review and keep the organisation compliant with all laws and regulations related to pay and benefits
- Experience in conducting job analysis, job sizing and designing job architecture for the organisation.
