Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Secretary . The Personal Secretary will be responsible for providing personal assistance to executives, clerical duties, and administrative support. They will manage correspondence, schedule appointments, handle executive communications, and support executive administrative tasks. The role requires multi-tasking and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications
Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
Excellent Clerical Skills and Administrative Assistance capabilities
Effective Communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in using office software and productivity tools
Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field is preferred
