Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Secretary based in Noida. The Personal Secretary will handle a variety of tasks including managing schedules, organizing meetings, clerical duties, and providing executive administrative assistance. Daily responsibilities will include managing communication, conducting administrative tasks, and offering personal assistance to senior executives.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
Proficiency in Clerical and Administrative Assistance tasks
Excellent Communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
High attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience in a similar role is an advantage
Educational background in Business Administration or related field is beneficial
