Description :

As a Lead Full Stack Developer, you'll design, develop, and maintain core applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React. Youll also mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and help shape technical architecture and best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the design and development of scalable web apps with Java and React.
Write efficient, maintainable code for both front-end and back-end.
Collaborate with teams to deliver technical solutions based on business needs.
Mentor junior developers and drive continuous learning.
Conduct code reviews, optimize performance, and maintain APIs.
Manage SQL / NoSQL databases and implement testing strategies.
Stay current on emerging technologies.

Required Skills :

8+ years in software development.

Expertise in Java (Spring Boot) and React.js.

Experience with SQL / NoSQL databases and front-end tools (Webpack, Redux).

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Strong understanding of SDLC, agile, and leadership.

Desirable :

Experience with microservices, CI / CD, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
