Simpliigence - Java Backend Engineer - Spring Frameworks

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.
• Implement object-oriented design principles and design patterns to build scalable and reusable components.
• Develop server-side components with multi-threaded programming and optimize for performance and scalability.
• Work with JMS and integrate with various databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2 using efficient database connectivity techniques.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions to ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to iterative development cycles.
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate effectively within onsite-offshore delivery Skills & Qualifications :
• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong expertise in Java core concepts, object-oriented design, design patterns, and J2EE technologies.
• Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate ORM, and REST API development.
• Proven experience in server-side Java programming including multi-threading and JMS.
• Good knowledge of database systems (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) and SQL optimization.
• Solid troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working in Agile development environments is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid onsite-offshore delivery model is preferred.
