Position : Java Backend Developer

Experience : 5 to 8 Years

Locations : Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai

Employment Type : Full-time

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Backend Developer with hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, APIs, and database management, along with exposure to cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Build and manage RESTful APIs and microservices for enterprise-grade applications.
  • Collaborate with front-end, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Ensure security and compliance in backend solutions (authentication, authorization, data encryption).
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
  • Perform code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of complex issues.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and recommend improvements in system design.
  • Work with SQL and NoSQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
  • Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and deliver work in sprints.

Key Skills & Requirements :

Technical Skills :

  • Strong proficiency in Core Java (Java 8 / 11+) and Object-Oriented Programming concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Spring Security).
  • Proven expertise in RESTful API design and development.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and inter-service communication.
  • Strong knowledge of databases (SQL MySQL / PostgreSQL / Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Hands-on with ORM frameworks like Hibernate / JPA.
  • Exposure to message brokers / queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ).
  • Proficiency with build tools (Maven / Gradle) and version control (Git).
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI / CD pipelines (Jenkins / GitLab CI).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) is an added advantage.
  • Strong debugging, profiling, and performance tuning skills.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.
  • Self-driven with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5 to 8 years of hands-on backend development experience.
