Role Overview
We are looking for a Recruiter with hands-on experience in bulk blue-collar hiring and white-collar recruitment within the EV industry. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and ready to join immediately. You will play a key role in scaling our team by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across operational, technical, and corporate roles.
Key Responsiblities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar roles across various functions.
- Drive bulk hiring for field operations, drivers, technicians, and service staff.
- Handle sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates through various channels (portals, referrals, agencies, field sourcing, etc.).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring and urgent requirements.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate final rounds with functional heads.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports in the ATS or hiring database.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with HR and operations teams to ensure efficient workforce deployment and onboarding.
Qualification and Skills
2–3 years of proven recruitment experience, preferably in the Electric Vehicle (EV) or Automotive sector.Strong expertise in bulk blue-collar hiring and white-collar recruitment.Ability to handle end-to-end hiring independently in a fast-paced startup environment.Excellent sourcing and negotiation skills with a deep understanding of industry hiring trends.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging candidates and stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Immediate joiner preferred.Why Join PointO?
