Talent Acquisition Specialist

to join our team in India (Mumbai or Pune) and play a key role in building and supporting our global talent base while ensuring smooth office operations in India.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition :

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes.

Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and design effective sourcing strategies.

Manage employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

Oversee onboarding to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.

Office & People Operations :

Oversee day-to-day office management and act as the primary HR contact for the Mumbai or Pune office.

Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.

Manage employee relations, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.

Coordinate training, development, and well-being programs.

Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR documentation for employees.

HR Strategy & Global Support :

Collaborate implementing HR policies and practices across international offices.

Provide guidance on workforce planning, retention strategies, and organizational development.

Act as a bridge between the office and global HR functions to ensure consistency and alignment.

Requirements

Bachelor's (required)

Proven experience (4+ years) in HR management, with strong exposure to talent acquisition and office management.

Familiarity with global recruitment practices and multi-region HR compliance.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.

Fluent in English (other languages are an advantage).
