Human Resources Intern

Key Responsibilities - Human Resources Intern :

Support the end-to-end recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles.

Source candidates from job portals, social media platforms, and referrals.

Screen applications and create a pipeline of potential talent to meet ongoing hiring needs.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.

Assist in sharing offer letters and supporting basic negotiation discussions where applicable.

Help with pre-employment documentation and conducting reference checks.

Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

Coordinate joining formalities & documentation.

Facilitate timely introductions of new hires to their teams.

Strive to create a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboarding journey.

Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure regular follow-ups with candidates and hiring teams.

Support the HR team in other day-to-day operations and employee engagement initiatives, as assigned.
