Job Description : Responsibilities :
Coordinate with departments to understand staffing requirements & open roles
Facilitate Recruitment Process operations for Permanent & off role positions
Understanding requirement from the stakeholders & initiate job posting (internal) appropriately
Screening reference / IJP applications & validate required expertise
Coordinating Interview scheduling the interview for the shortlisted candidates.
Follow up with candidates for formalities related to onboarding, documentation, BGV, Medical checkup etc
Handling new joining employee formalities and issuing the kit.
Work with team to Design, develop and conducting an effective induction program in conjunction with other
departments.
Handling ATS (Application Tracking System)
