Multia is looking for a Business Development Trainee.

Multia is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Trainee to support our efforts in generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a keen interest in learning about market trends and business development strategies within the design sector.

As a Business Development Trainee at Multia, you will assist in initiatives to engage with potential business partners and contribute to generating new business for the company. You should be a highly focused individual with developing communication skills, eager to effectively convey ideas and learn strategic thinking. This role will also provide opportunities to develop critical thinking skills and contribute to the execution of business development plans.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development of business development strategies and plans under the guidance of senior team members.

Support the identification of new business opportunities through research, networking, and other outreach efforts.

Help build and maintain relationships with potential clients and assist in introductory communications.

Collaborate with the marketing team to learn about the creation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.

Work closely with the product development team to learn about identifying new market opportunities and understanding client needs.

Assist in monitoring and analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to gain insights into potential opportunities.

Support the business development team with various tasks and contribute to team goals.

Learn about and adhere to company policies and procedures related to business development activities.

Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing basic reports for the team.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Strong interest in business development, sales, and the design industry.

Developing communication and interpersonal skills, with a willingness to learn how to build relationships.

Enthusiasm for learning about business development strategies and plans.

Willingness to learn about market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities.

Basic understanding of professional communication and a desire to learn about relevant business practices.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to learning and tasks.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance.
