Job descriptionSupervise investigations and resolve escalations across channels Collaborate with analytics and tech teams for tool enhancements Ensure team compliance with fraud trends, regulations, and training Drive team performance through coaching, development, and reporting
Key Deliverables :
- Lead investigation team handling fraud detection across PhonePe products
- Design and implement risk mitigation strategies and SOPs
- Conduct risk assessments for new products and initiatives
- Track risk KRIs and generate reports for senior leadership
