Key Responsibilities

As a Client Due Diligence Specialist, you&aposll be responsible for supporting the delivery of end-to-end, best-in-class onboarding for our Wealth and Retail Banking clients. You will

• Engage clients throughout process, ensuring seamless delivery and client experience.
• Own and drive execution of processes, working closely with stakeholders to deliver excellent client service, getting clients to the point of ready-to-transact as quickly as possible, across both simple and complex cases.
• Ensure onboarding adheres to anti money-laundering, client due diligence, and &aposKnow your Customer&apos (KYC) regulations and internal policies.
• Stay up-to-date with anti-money laundering and &aposKnow Your Customer&apos (KYC) regulations and financial crime trends.
