As the Lead Software Engineer at JPMorgan Chase within the Payments Controls Organization you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining robust user-centric platforms and dashboards. Leveraging your expertise in REACT and PL / SQL you will drive the integration of complex datasets implement advanced UI features and ensure high standards of performance security and data position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations Product Owners and Engineering to deliver intuitive scalable and secure solutions. Your work will directly support the identification and remediation of control gaps risk issues and business opportunities leveraging the latest in cloud data analytics and visualization technologies.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and develop modular reusable and high-performance user interfaces using REACT.
• Integrate RESTful APIs Java-based middleware and third-party services with REACT front-end applications.
• Implement state management solutions (e.g. Redux Context API) for efficient data flow in REACT applications.
• Design model and optimize relational databases using PL / SQL and SQL (Oracle MS SQL Server) ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Work with complex multi-level datasets and establish robust data relationships.
• Apply strong analytical and diagnostic skills to resolve undefined or complex technical issues.
• Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders aligning solutions with business objectives.
• Demonstrate strong leadership collaboration and project management skills in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Maintain a strong commercial mindset leveraging data and technology to drive business outcomes.
• Conduct thematic and trend analysis to inform business and technology strategies.
