Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Developer to join our analytics team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Oracle BI (OBIEE) and hands-on experience in OAC development, data visualization, modeling, and dashboard creation.
The candidate should be proficient in RPD development, dimensional data modeling, and security configuration, with a strong understanding of performance tuning techniques in OAC environments.
Experience with OBIEE to OAC migration is a plus.
Key Responsibilities :
Design, develop, and implement Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) solutions including :
- Data Visualizations
- Data Modeling
- Classic Answers and Dashboards
- Build and maintain RPD models (Physical, Business Model, and Presentation layers) using dimensional modeling best practices.
- Implement row-level and object-level security in OAC to ensure controlled access to data and dashboards.
- Optimize dashboards, reports, and queries for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective OAC solutions.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for existing OBIEE / OAC reports and dashboards.
- Assist in migrating OBIEE content and configurations to OAC.
- Document technical specifications, design decisions, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform unit testing and support UAT by resolving any defects related to analytics.
- Ensure that data governance, quality, and integrity standards are upheld throughout the development Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC).
- Strong experience in Oracle BI (OBIEE) development, implementation, and support.
