We&aposre seeking an entrepreneurial intern to codify our playbook for building early-stage healthcare companies. The role centres on capturing and structuring "tribal knowledge" across teams, transforming it into actionable, scalable guides.

Key Responsibilities

• Document and map existing processes across Go-To-Market, Research, and Product teams
• Conduct interviews with team members to surface deep insights
• Synthesize case-specific experiences into reusable frameworks and templates
• Write and design structured playbooks for company-wide use
• Pilot, test, and refine guides with internal teams to maximize value and clarity
