Job Opportunity : US IT Recruiter
We are seeking an experienced and proactive individual to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our IT clients in the US.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, interview, and onboard high-caliber IT professionals to meet client needs.
- Build strong pipelines of candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality candidates.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reports for client updates.
- Elevate the candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements :
4+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.Strong familiarity with hiring for TCS Implementation.In-depth knowledge of US staffing processes (W2, C2C, 1099, H1B, OPT, CPT).Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.Proficiency with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases.Benefits :
