US IT Recruitment Specialist

We seek a skilled IT Recruitment Specialist to join our US team.

• 10+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting with a focus on technical skills
• Demonstrated career progression from entry-level to senior recruiter roles
• In-depth knowledge of IT labor categories, technical terms, and visa legislation
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and databases
• Bachelor's degree in technology, science, or business

Responsibilities include collaborating with the lead / manager to achieve individual and team objectives, developing candidate networks, managing pipelines, and following standard processes.
