Job descriptionA minimum of 1-10 years of experience in US IT Staffing involving technical recruitment Proven career progression from technical recruiting Detailed understanding of IT labor categories and technical terms Knowledge of US work visa legislation Familiarity with Industry-standard Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting tools / databases, and strategies Bachelor's Degree in Technology, Science, or Business Effective written and oral communication skills Strong team player with learning skills Able to identify and resolve problems effectively Highly motivated and energetic individual
Technical Recruiter Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our IT Staffing Services team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in growing our business by collaborating with the recruiting lead / manager to achieve individual and team objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate effectively with the Recruiting lead / manager to achieve individual and team objectives
- Work with a team of recruiters to fulfill IT positions and follow company standard recruiting and quality processes
- Develop and manage candidate networks, pipelines, and recruiting lifecycles
