This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our IT Staffing Services team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in growing our business by collaborating with the recruiting lead / manager to achieve individual and team objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate effectively with the Recruiting lead / manager to achieve individual and team objectives
- Work with a team of recruiters to fulfill IT positions and follow company standard recruiting and quality processes
- Develop and manage candidate networks, pipelines, and recruiting lifecycles
Requirements :
A minimum of 1-10 years of experience in US IT Staffing involving technical recruitmentProven career progression from technical recruitingDetailed understanding of IT labor categories and technical termsKnowledge of US work visa legislationFamiliarity with Industry-standard Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting tools / databases, and strategiesBachelor's Degree in Technology, Science, or BusinessEffective written and oral communication skillsStrong team player with learning skillsAble to identify and resolve problems effectivelyHighly motivated and energetic individualWhat We Offer :
