Performs RCA on all compliance issues.
Drive action plans for identified gaps Support & guide staff on quality related as a part of their career development plans.
People Management - Lead team of Quality.
Skilled in working with Outbound & blended (Voice & email) environment.
Participating & presenting in Client meetings.
Required Candidate profile
CANDIDATES HAVING CALL CENTRE EXPERIENCE ONLY APPLY
Candidate must proficient in Tamil / Telugu / English & any other south regional language.
Ability to manage a Quality Compliance Team and familiar with Quality KRA deliverables.
Should have excellent knowledge of MS Office.
Should have sound knowledge of 7 quality tool for compiling, interpreting and communication all quality related statistical information internally as well as to the client.
Leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
Excellent People Management skills.
