Role description : -

The Newton School of Technology campus head steers the student experience, from academics to activities. They're the financial captain, managing the budget and collaborating across departments, ensuring clear communication. They would identify and eliminate obstacles to create a thriving learning environment.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the Newton School of Technology campus.
• Manage its strategy, identify and eliminate obstacles that prevent the team from achieving its goals, and ensure effective communication within and across teams
• Manage P&L and cross-functional teams at campus and coordinate initiatives with the central program team
• Work closely with academics and student success teams to derive clear visibility of students' progress and drive outcomes. This role requires working in close synergy with the academic team
• Setup processes and constantly look for ways to improve engagement levels and performance of the students through improvement in pedagogy, content, and class delivery
• Manager campus student's experience charter, campus-level marketing, and branding
• Work closely with placement and training cell to partner with industries, deliver internship and placement outcomes
• Manage strong collaboration and bonding with the partner university
