About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team and drive lead generation for Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the US market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales prospecting, CRM solutions, and outbound lead generation strategies targeted at mid-sized to large enterprises.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (ERP, CRM, Finance
& Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) in the US market.
Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns to identify andqualify prospects.
Engage with CXOs, VPs, IT Directors, and Operations Heads in Manufacturing,Retail, Logistics, and other verticals.
Understand customer needs and pain points to align Dynamics 365 offeringsaccordingly.
Schedule meetings / demos for the sales / technical team with qualified prospects.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activities in CRM tools (e.g.,HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
Achieve monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.Collaborate with the marketing team to run targeted campaigns.Provide market insights and competitor intelligence.Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of proven experience in B2B inside sales / lead generation for IT solutions,preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 or other ERP / CRM platforms.
Experience in handling the US market and working across time zones.Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.Strong understanding of lead qualification frameworks like BANT, CHAMP, orMEDDIC.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, or similar tools.Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads and activities.Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.Skills : microsoft dynamics,us market,crm sales,
