Job descriptionStreamline accounting functions and operations to enhance efficiency. Prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports in the required format. Coordinate with internal teams on finance-related matters. Support budgeting processes and provide financial insights for decision-making. Ensure compliance with internal policies and prescribed accounting procedures . Handle additional assignments as per the reporting manager's requirements . Professional qualification in finance or accounting. 8-10 years of relevant experience in controllership, financial management, and compliance . Strong communication and email skills . Proficiency in MS Office, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools . Experience working in an ERP environment (preferably MS Navision or SAP ) with month-end closures. Be a part of a dynamic finance team in a growth-oriented environment. Gain exposure to complex financial operations, audits, and compliance . Work in an ERP-driven finance ecosystem with cutting-edge tools and technology. Contribute to streamlining financial processes and optimizing performance .
As a Manager - GL Accounting , you will be an integral part of the finance team , reporting to the Head of Shared Services . You will be responsible for managing financial controls, compliance, audits, and reporting while ensuring the smooth operation of accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities :
Financial Management & Compliance
- Oversee financial controls, cost management, and compliance with financial regulations.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax professionals to finalize financial statements.
- Ensure timely preparation, filing, and reconciliation of TDS returns .
- Assist in internal and external audits to maintain compliance and transparency.
- Monitor internal controls to safeguard against fraud and financial discrepancies.
