Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Document customer interactions in the CRM system
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction
