Key Responsibilities :
Channel Development & Expansion :
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and establish new channels for product distribution.
- Onboard and manage retailers, distributors, and online platforms to broaden market reach.
Lead Generation & Qualification :
Utilize various tools and techniques for effective lead generation.Gather accurate contact information and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.Product Knowledge & Team Training :
Maintain a deep understanding of company products, features, and benefits.Provide regular training and support to sales and operations teams to boost effectiveness.Contract Negotiation :
Lead negotiations for terms and conditions of contracts.Ensure agreements are mutually beneficial while protecting the company's interests.Marketing Collaboration :
Work closely with the marketing team to develop channel-specific campaigns.Launch targeted promotions and incentives to drive demand and increase brand visibility.Reporting & Analytics :
Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.Present insights and recommendations to senior management for channel optimization and revenue maximization.Compliance & Risk Management :
Ensure all channel activities comply with company policies, legal guidelines, and industry regulations.Implement risk mitigation strategies where Qualifications & Experience :Proven Experience :
Minimum 3-5 years of successful experience in channel sales management, ideally within the Investment and Financial Services sector.Sales Achievement Track Record :Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on revenue growth and partner acquisition.Industry Knowledge :
Comprehensive Financial Product Knowledge, including but not limited to :
