To write, support, and manage projects to prepare high-quality medical and scientific communications including literature reviews, abstracts, posters, slide sets, and complex manuscripts for publication / presentation at congresses or for internal medical / clinical teams.Major Activities :
- Prepare literature reviews, abstracts, posters, slide sets, and complex manuscripts using various data sources including clinical study reports, patient profiles, and protocols.
- Perform quality control (QC) checking and proofreading of deliverables to meet customer expectations.
- Manage multiple projects of up to two brands simultaneously.
- Obtain feedback from customers and implement customer management tactics.
- Comply with and support group project management tools, standards, policies, and initiatives.
- Follow specifications for documentation, including Novstyle, templates, etc.
- Track clinical trial milestones for assigned projects.
- Maintain records for all assigned projects, including archiving.
- Ensure audit, SOP, and training compliance.
- Train new joiners and colleagues as required.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Key Performance Indicators :
- Preparation of referenced documents meeting quality standards and deadlines for submission to Health Authorities, clinical teams, or journals, complying with standards (e.g., CONSORT) and journal formatting requirements.
- Publications are acceptable to internal and external authors with no authorship issues.
- Publications meet expectations of marketing and other internal customers.
- Completion of an adequate number of medical and scientific documents per year, considering complexity.
