This is a critical technology-focused role requiring 2+ years of proven expertise in API documentation and hands-on proficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS).

Education : Bachelor's Degree in a related field (English, Technical Communication, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
Core Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables :
1. Content Creation & Maintenance :
Technical Documentation : Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, API documentation, release notes, and other instructional materials.
Clarity & Simplicity : Utilize strong writing and editing skills to explain complicated technical concepts in a clear, simple, and concise manner, ensuring adherence to company and industry standards.
Continuous Improvement : Regularly update and improve existing documentation to accurately reflect product updates, changes, and new features.
Collaboration & Information Gathering :
Cross-Functional Partnership : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, specifically Product Managers, Engineers, and Customer Support, to gather information and deeply understand product features, functionality, and required content.
Stakeholder Engagement : Meet frequently with customer representatives and internal teams to fully grasp content requirements and usability challenges.
Product Lifecycle : Work closely with Product Management and Development teams to stay informed about upcoming product changes and releases, ensuring documentation is prepared concurrently.
Content Strategy & Governance :
Knowledge Base Management : Manage and maintain a central knowledge base (via CMS), ensuring that all content remains accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Quality Assurance (QA) : Perform rigorous quality assurance on documentation to verify technical accuracy and usability before publication.
Standards Development : Contribute to the development of internal style guides, documentation templates, and best practices for technical content delivery.
Required Technical Qualifications :
Writing & Editing : Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the technology or software industry.
API Documentation (Mandatory) : 2+ years of work experience with API Documentation (REST, SOAP, SDKs, etc. CMS Proficiency (Mandatory) : 2+ years of work experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and familiarity with version control tools (e.g, Git).
Tool Proficiency : Proficiency in documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe FrameMaker, or Markdown.
Technical Foundation : Basic understanding of software development, APIs, and web technologies is essential.
SEO (Preferred) : Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) concepts is a strong advantage for improving content discoverability.
Soft Skills : Excellent organizational and project management skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
