Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Handle inquiries, coordinate orders, and provide after-sales support.
- Prepare and manage customer databases, reports, and trackers in Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, MIS reporting).
- Assist the sales team with MIS reports, sales data analysis, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams (sales, logistics, accounts) for smooth execution.
- Ensure timely responses to customer needs and resolve queries eff ectively.
- Support customer engagement initiatives and feedback collection.
Requirements
Graduate in Business, Commerce, or related fi eld.Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer relationship / sales coordination / back-office.Strong Excel skills (mandatory).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good organizational and time management abilities.Team player with a problem-solving mindset.Freshers with fluency in English are preferred.Salary Range : 20000 to 35000
