Role Responsibilities :
- Ensure and provide flawless, upscale, and professional guest service experiences
- Actively listen to and resolve guest complaints and concerns at the front desk
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and responsiveness
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in, check-out, and general inquiries
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain proper records and follow standard operating procedures for guest handling
