Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bid Manager with international BPO experience to lead proposal development and bid strategy. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to craft compelling proposals that align with client needs and position us competitively in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop winning bid strategies by identifying key differentiators and aligning solutions to client requirements.
- Lead the end-to-end proposal process including RFP / RFI responses, opportunity summaries, and pricing models.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, delivery, finance, legal) and client teams to gather inputs and validate solutions.
- Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals while managing risks and compliance.
- Respond to client queries and support pre / post-bid discussions and presentations.
- Manage client visits and contribute to WBR / MBR / QBR preparation and delivery.
Required Qualifications
3–4 years of experience in international BPO (any domain : Travel, Hospitality, Healthcare, BFSI, Tech Support, etc.)Hands-on experience in operations, delivery, or bid management.Strong client-facing experience with exposure to executive-level interactions.Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong analytical skills and understanding of P&L and commercial models.Preferred Qualifications
Experience in proposal development and pricing strategy.Familiarity with Shipley’s proposal methodology.APMP or Shipley certification is a plus.PMP certification and project leadership experience are advantageous.
