About the Role :

VH Consulting is seeking an experienced

Project Manager

to manage a

Business Intelligence (BI) project

at our client’s site in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project lifecycle, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely delivery of BI solutions that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of the BI project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, analytics, and business stakeholders.

Monitor project progress, manage risks and issues, and ensure timely resolution.

Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and metrics to stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (PMP / PRINCE2) and best practices.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and decision-making sessions.

Ensure quality standards and compliance with organizational policies and client requirements.

Essential Qualifications & Experience :

Certification :

PMP or PRINCE2 certified.

Education :

MBA and Engineering (B.E / B.Tech) or MCA degree.

Experience :

Minimum 10 years of overall experience, with significant experience in managing BI / Data Analytics projects.

Strong understanding of BI tools, data warehousing, and reporting solutions.

Proven experience in project planning, risk management, stakeholder management, and delivery in a client-facing environment.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
