Job Summary :

We are looking for a qualified CMA professional to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cost analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and supporting management in strategic decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and sound knowledge of cost accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities :

Prepare and analyze cost statements, variance reports, and cost control data.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

Monitor and evaluate production costs, overheads, and process efficiencies.

Maintain cost records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Support management in decision-making through accurate cost analysis and profitability reports.

Coordinate with internal departments for cost audits and performance reviews.

Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring accurate and transparent reporting.

Assist in implementation of cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

CMA qualified (ICMAI).

Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial management.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally ERP, and accounting software.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines with accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in manufacturing, trading, or service sector (if applicable).

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance will be an advantage.
