Job Summary :

Shri Kailash is looking for dynamic and motivated MBA freshers to join our team as Management Trainees . The selected candidates will get hands-on exposure to various business operations, including sales, marketing, administration, and coordination, while learning to contribute effectively to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in daily business operations and departmental coordination.

Support the management team in planning, reporting, and process improvements.

Work on data analysis, documentation, and presentation tasks.

Participate in sales and marketing activities, client follow-ups, and customer relationship management.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Prepare reports, track progress, and suggest improvements.
