Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Coimbatore. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising daily on-site operations, managing staff, ensuring high-quality work standards, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. This role will also involve coordinating with contractors, monitoring project progress, and reporting updates to the relevant stakeholders to ensure project goals are met successfully.

Qualifications

• Supervisory and organization skills with the ability to manage teams and ensure timely completion of tasks
• Knowledge of safety protocols, compliance standards, and project management practices
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with team members, contractors, and stakeholders
• Problem-solving abilities to address on-site challenges and implement solutions effectively
• Technical knowledge of site operations and familiarity with relevant tools and equipment is preferred
• Experience in similar roles and a background in construction, engineering, or related fields is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in project management or construction management are a plus
