Civil Site Supervisor

Job Summary :

We are seeking a motivated and responsible Site Supervisor (Fresher) to oversee day-to-day site activities for interior projects. The role involves coordinating with workers, ensuring work progress as per plan, monitoring quality, and assisting project managers to complete projects on time.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in supervising site activities for interior works such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and finishing.

Monitor work progress, site cleanliness, and safety on a daily basis.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and workers for timely execution.

Maintain site reports including daily work updates, material usage, and manpower details.

Ensure work is carried out as per design drawings and project specifications.

Report site issues, delays, or requirements to the Project Manager / Management.

Support in quality checks and ensure standards are maintained.

Learn and implement site supervision practices and develop leadership skills.

Requirements :

Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (fresher level).

Strong interest in site management and interior project execution.

Basic understanding of drawings and site measurement is an advantage.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to learn, adapt, and handle responsibilities at site.
