Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ETL Developer (Informatica) to join our data engineering team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining data integration and warehousing solutions using Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC . This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and optimize ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter and IDMC .
• Implement data integration solutions supporting data warehousing , data migration , and data transformation needs.
• Work with various data sources including Mainframe, Salesforce, and cloud-based systems using Informatica PowerExchange .
• Utilize Informatica Web Services , XML , and Java Transformations for complex integrations.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC processes , coding standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and business users to translate requirements into scalable ETL solutions.
• Write and optimize SQL queries on Oracle or SQL Server databases.
• Develop UNIX / Linux shell scripts to support data integration and automation processes.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers across distributed teams.
• Support production processes, troubleshoot performance issues, and implement process improvements.
• Coordinate with international customers (especially US-based) for requirement analysis, support, and delivery.
