Senior Developer - EMDA Analytics - ETL

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop ETL protocols using Biovia Pipeline Pilot v2017R2 for extracting, transforming, and loading data from lab systems (gLIMS, MODA, LabWare, Thermo Fisher) and flat files.
• Configure ETL parameters including DB environments (Dev, Test, Stage, Prod), data classes, identifiers, folder paths, and runtime settings.
• Perform schema-level transformations and integrate data into Oracle 19c business layers for EMDA modules.
• Troubleshoot ETL failures, ODBC connection issues, and Oracle-specific exceptions.
• Collaborate with DBAs and EMDA support teams to resolve data access, performance, and integration issues.
• Support audit trail retrieval and verification processes using SQL queries and EMDA audit tables.
• Participate in Agile development cycles and contribute to validation documentation (ADLC plans, SOPs, design specifications).
• Provide analytical support for EMDA modules such as :
• Heatmaps
• MODA History & Trend Check
• Utility / Water Trending
• Automated Reports
• ASRAT (Aseptic Site Risk Assessment Tool)
