About the Role :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead / Senior Robotics Engineer to spearhead the design, development, and integration of advanced robotic systems focused on autonomy in both indoor and outdoor environments. You will play a key leadership role in shaping the next generation of intelligent robotic platforms, driving innovation in perception, planning, control, and system Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end development of robotic systems from concept through deployment focusing on autonomous navigation, SLAM, and multi-sensor fusion.
- Architect and implement robust software for real-time perception, path planning, and control of mobile robots in complex environments.
- Integrate hardware components including sensors (LiDAR, cameras, GPS, IMUs), computing units, and actuators to deliver reliable robotic platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to ensure seamless system integration.
- Conduct system-level debugging, performance tuning, and field testing in diverse environments.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in robotics and autonomy to continuously improve system :
- Masters or PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in robotic systems development, with proven leadership in complex autonomy projects.
- Proficiency in ROS / ROS2, C++, Python, and real-time system development.
- Experience with SLAM, path planning algorithms, and sensor fusion.
- Hands-on experience with deploying robots in real-world, dynamic :
- Experience with outdoor mobile robotics, UGVs, or autonomous vehicles.
