Position : Documents Executive

Experience : Minimum 1 year

Location : Bentax, Near Shadipur, Delhi

Required Skills :  MS Word

 MS Excel

 Basic knowledge of Google Sheets

 Basic knowledge of Photoshop

 Good computer skills

 Good communication skills

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Coordinate with internal teams and external officers for cosmetic license documentation.

2. Track and maintain accurate license records for all brands and articles.

3. Obtain, prepare, and maintain all necessary cosmetic license documents, including :

o Manufacturer Authorisation Undertaking

o Free Sale Certificate

o Labels / Artwork

o Ingredients Certificate

o Certificate of Analysis / Finished Product Specification

o BIS

o Hexachlorophene Undertaking

o Non-Animal Testing Undertaking

o Petrolatum Undertaking

o Brand License

4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and timely completion of all assigned work.
