• Communicating with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to provide exceptional customer service and answer any inquiries.
• Creating detailed travel itineraries that are tailored to each client's needs, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and dining options.
• Researching and staying up-to-date on travel trends, destinations, and best practices to enhance our offerings.
• Working closely with vendors, hotels, airlines, and other partners to negotiate rates and secure the best deals for our clients.
• Assisting with marketing efforts by contributing content for social media, blogs, and promotional materials to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
