Assist with investment account-related concerns, product support, and transactions

Work with high-value clients in Investment Banking / Wealth Management

Record, escalate, and resolve issues using CRM / ticketing tools

Collaborate with global teams in a 24x7 high-performance environment

Escalate complex issues following defined protocols

Maintain professionalism while dealing with high-value international clients

Preferred Candidate Profile :

• Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods
• Prior experience in voice-based customer service, especially in BFSI domain
• Understanding of investment-related terminology and client servicing etiquette
