Position : International Voice – Customer Support

Mode : Work from Office

Shift : Night Rotational Shift

Key Requirements & Responsibilities :

Minimum Education : 12th pass.

Key Skills : Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills.

• Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts.
• Provide accurate product, service & policy information.
• Use CRM tools effectively.
• Fluent English communication (Voice / Chat) is essential.
