About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Marketing & Sales professional
with strong experience in the
home textile industry
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day communication and relationship with Walmart and other assigned clients.
Support the Head of BD in handling business requirements, negotiations, and presentations.
Coordinate with design, sourcing, production, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution.
Prepare costing sheets, and sales presentations for client meetings.
Track industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to support business strategy.
Ensure smooth coordination between the head office and Padgha factory teams for production and shipment follow-ups.
Contribute to new product development and range building specific to Walmart requirements.
Handle documentation, approvals, and compliance-related processes for international business.
Support in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Key Requirements
Experience :
5–8 years in Marketing / Sales / Merchandising within
home textiles
(bed linen, cushion, Duvets, Quilts).
Education :
Graduate / Postgraduate in Textile / Marketing / Business Management preferred.
Strong understanding of
export markets and large retail clients
(Walmart experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel frequently to the
Padgha factory
for business coordination.
