Job Title : International Sales Executive – U.S. Healthcare (RCM)

Location : Chennai

Shift Timing :

3 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM IST (U.S. & U.K. Shift)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven

Outbound Sales Executive

with prior experience in

U.S. Healthcare

and strong

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) exposure . The ideal candidate will be confident in making

cold calls

to U.S. and U.K. healthcare clients, generating qualified leads, and closing deals. This is a target-oriented role suited for individuals who thrive in international sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage

new business opportunities

for RCM services within the healthcare industry.

Develop and execute strategies to

achieve and exceed sales targets .

Conduct

outbound cold calls, emails, and follow-ups

with U.S. & U.K. healthcare providers, hospitals, and clinics.

Present, promote, and sell

RCM services

to prospective clients through virtual meetings, calls, and industry events.

Build and maintain a

robust sales pipeline

by researching prospective customers and generating new leads.

Understand customer requirements and

propose tailored solutions

that address their business needs.

Manage the

end-to-end sales cycle

from initial contact through contract closure.

Stay updated on

market trends, competitors, and industry developments .

Collaborate internally with

pre-sales, operations, and delivery teams

to ensure a smooth client experience.

Document all sales activities in CRM and provide

weekly / monthly reports

to management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.

3–5 years

of proven B2B sales experience, with strong focus on

U.S. Healthcare / RCM services .

Demonstrated success in

cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals

with international clients.

Strong understanding of

RCM processes

(Medical Billing, Coding, AR, Denials, Collections).

Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

with a neutral / U.S. accent preferred.

Ability to work independently, handle targets, and build long-term client relationships.

Proficiency in

CRM software

and MS Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience selling

medical billing, RCM, or healthcare outsourcing services .

Familiarity with

U.S. healthcare regulations and standards .

Knowledge of the

U.S. & U.K. healthcare ecosystem .
