Role Description

As a full-time, on-site Psychology Intern , you will gain hands-on experience working with both children and adults. Based in Gurugram, you will assist in psychological assessments, support therapeutic and well-being programmes, and contribute to workshop design and delivery. This internship offers exposure to both child-development work (e.G., assessments, educational & emotional wellness) and adult mental-health / workplace wellness contexts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in administering and scoring psychological assessments for children and adults
• Support therapists and psychologists in therapy or counselling sessions (under supervision)
• Design and deliver educational / wellness workshops and group sessions for children, adolescents and adults
• Handle client-related communications, scheduling and documentation (children & adult clients)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (therapists, psychologists, coordinators) to develop and implement programmes
• Help maintain confidentiality, ethical standards, and accurate records of client progress
• Contribute to organisational wellbeing initiatives (e.G., workplace wellness, parent-workshops)
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews and reflective supervision sessions
