Role Description :
To support and assist customers as required ensuring their needs of Festo products and services are met. While also interacting with internal functions e.G., Finance, Logistics or Production and coordinate in meeting the customer needs.
Key accountabilities
- Generate quotations based on customer enquiry via SAP system
- Register orders via SAP system
- Recommend compatible Festo products for technical queries
- Providing technical solutions to customers in counter sales
- Respond to customer queries related to quotations, order, delivery schedules / dispatch status etc
- Respond to customer calls related to quotations, delivery schedules / dispatch status etc via CRM system
- Maintain daily track reports as per the template provided
Qualification
