About the Role

We’re looking for a Head Chef to lead and oversee the entire culinary operation — savoury and sweet — across all our stores. The ideal candidate is a leader who blends creativity, commitment, and control, and can inspire high-performing kitchen teams while maintaining world-class standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end culinary operations across 10+ outlets.
• Manage and mentor chefs across savoury and pastry divisions.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and hygiene across all kitchens.
• Drive menu innovation and R&D aligned with brand vision.
• Standardise recipes and systems for scalability and training.
• Collaborate directly with the Founder on culinary direction and expansion.
