Responsibilities :

  • End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the hospitality sector, from initial requisition to offer and onboarding.
  • Sourcing & Screening : Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates. Conduct thorough screening and shortlisting of applications based on job requirements.
  • Interview Coordination : Efficiently coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
  • Hiring Needs Understanding : Work closely and collaboratively with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of their specific hiring needs and requirements within the hospitality domain.
  • Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Database Management : Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
  • Market Research : Stay updated on industry hiring trends and competitive landscapes within the hospitality sector.

Required Skills :

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, specifically for hospitality roles.
  • Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
  • Excellent coordination abilities for scheduling and managing interviews.
  • Capability to work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs.
