Responsibilities :
- End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the hospitality sector, from initial requisition to offer and onboarding.
- Sourcing & Screening : Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates. Conduct thorough screening and shortlisting of applications based on job requirements.
- Interview Coordination : Efficiently coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.
- Hiring Needs Understanding : Work closely and collaboratively with internal teams to gain a deep understanding of their specific hiring needs and requirements within the hospitality domain.
- Candidate Experience : Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Database Management : Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems.
- Market Research : Stay updated on industry hiring trends and competitive landscapes within the hospitality sector.
