Hiring for "Senior Relationship Manager-Large Corporate" in a leading bank.
To manage and grow a portfolio of large corporate clients by providing comprehensive banking solutions, deepening existing relationships, acquiring new clients, and ensuring high standards of service delivery and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of large corporate clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CFOs, Treasurers, etc.).
- Understand client business models, industry trends, and financial needs to provide tailored banking solutions.
2. Business Development
Identify and onboard new large corporate clients to expand the bank’s market share.Cross-sell banking products including working capital finance, term loans, trade finance, treasury, cash management, and investment banking solutions.Work closely with product, credit, and operations teams to deliver customized financial solutions.3. Credit & Risk Management
Conduct financial analysis, credit assessment, and due diligence of clients.Prepare and present credit proposals in line with bank policies and risk appetite.Monitor portfolio health, identify early warning signals, and take proactive risk mitigation measures.4. Revenue & Profitability
Achieve assigned revenue, asset, and liability growth targets.Optimize returns through effective pricing, cost management, and cross-selling initiatives.5. Compliance & Governance
Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and KYC / AML standards.Maintain high standards of documentation, reporting, and audit compliance.Key Skills & Competencies :
Strong understanding of corporate banking products and financial markets.Proven relationship management and client acquisition skills.Excellent credit appraisal and financial analysis capabilities.Negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Ability to collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders and product teams.Sound understanding of risk management and regulatory compliance.Qualifications & Experience :
Education : MBA / PGDM in Finance, CA, or equivalent qualification.Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate banking, with a focus on large corporates or institutional clients.Prior experience in managing high-value corporate portfolios and credit structuring preferred.
