Job Summary :

As an Agile PLM Consultant with 5-10 years of experience, you will be a key member of the team responsible for supporting UCTs Oracle Agile PLM application environment. This role requires a strong understanding of PLM procedures, exceptional technical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of Agile PLM support, from troubleshooting and testing to data migration and system health monitoring, ensuring end-user satisfaction and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support and maintain the Oracle Agile PLM application environment.
• Proactively communicate with key stakeholders to understand needs and provide timely updates.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive test plan aligned with business requirements.
• Participate in testing and support for Agile PLM integrations with ERP and MES applications.
• Prepare Test Documents and perform testing as needed for new applications or internal requests.
• Perform data migration and related data analysis tasks.
• Help manage patches, upgrades, and add-ons to the system.
• Troubleshoot, monitor, and report on the system's performance, growth, and general health.
• Address user issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner to ensure end-user satisfaction.
